Matt Ryan is at the top of the QB group and could be a hot pick in this year’s draft. There are a lot of teams that may need a new QB, but most of those teams have bigger needs in other areas. Matt definitely has the talent to be a top pick as he was arguably the most accurate passer in college last year and was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.
