The pre-season Game of the week!

Hey NFL RUSHERS!

Today I'm going to talk to you about my favorite Pre-Season match up of the week. My favorite matchup would have to be Buffalo vs. Indy. I know you're thinking, "well that's pretty obvious", but I think it's the best match up because I think it's going to be a close game.

Payton Manning isn't going to play for that long and Curtis Painter is going to throw at least 2 interceptions. C. J Spiller is going to get a touchdown and the Bills should win.

Well that's all I have for this week NFL RUSHERS!

Don't forget Bills Rock!

Johnny's Favorite pre-season game!

My favorite pre-season game after week 1 was the Packers versus the Browns. I liked it because it was the first game for the Packers this season. It looks like the Packers offense will be unstoppable. Unfortunately, the defense may give up a lot of points this year. The Browns scored fast in the first quarter. The Packers just weren't able to score as much as the Browns and the game ended 24 to 27 in favor of the Browns. It looks like the Packers will have some close, high scoring games this year.

Let's have some fun!!! You think you know your pro football teams? Give me a shout with the name of the NFL teams for the following questions. Example: "King of Beasts" would be the Lions.

1. U.S National Bird

2. Peter and Paul

3. Girls toy and a fish's arm

Check back next week and I'll shout the answers.

Thanks for reading and don't forget to Back-the-Pack!!!!!

Zach Enjoyed the Jets/Giants Game!

After week 1 of the Pre-Season, I enjoyed the Jets/Giants game the most. It was awesome to see Tomlinson and Cromartie play. I plan to root for the Jets now too, unless they play the Chargers! It was a bummer that I wasn't able to see the Chargers' first pre-season game against the Bears because it wasn't televised where I live. Hopefully I can see the next one.

Carlos' Favorite Pre-Season Matchup

My favorite matchup from the first week of the Pre-Season would definitely be the Seahawks vs. Titans game. It was exciting to watch the new, young players on the Seahawks for the first time. It was also good to see how well Pete Carroll would do as new head coach of the Seahawks. I was very impressed with Charlie Whitehurst's performance in his first game and I think he will be a great backup for Matt Hasselbeck. He completed 14 of 22 passes for 214 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT. I hope that the Seahawks continue to have great games like this in the future too.

Super Kid's Super Summer

Hi Friends! It's been so long since I have written an article because I have been so busy PLAYING 60! I had a great time at my camp this summer and they had NFL PLAY 60 obstacle courses for us to play. I can't believe I start school in two days. I am going into the third grade. I plan on joining the NFL PLAY 60 after school program to get better at soccer, flag football, basketball and volleyball. My summer was also filled with swimming (my favorite sport). I can't wait to watch my Saints play football and to throw the ball with my family at the park. I still can't believe I was the Super Kid at the Super Bowl. I am missing my NFL and Cartoon Network Friends. Go Saints! WIN WIN WIN! We are so proud to be the Super Bowl CHAMPS! I will catch up more later, Wesley

Battle at the Meadowlands!

After week 1, the best match up the of the Pre-Season has been the opening night at the new Meadowlands Stadium. Even though it's only the Pre-Season, this was the first game to establish bragging rights on the new turf! Will it be named Giants Stadium? With both teams expected to have a good season, let's see which players will step up. Will Eli and the Giants defense return to Super Bowl form? The Jets drew blood but the Giants came out on top. Twelve stitches won't keep Eli out of the game. Great way to kick off the season. Go "BIG BLUE"!!

Is Ryan Mathews the Next LT?

I think that the San Diego Chargers' RB Ryan Mathews will be able to fill LT's shoes. Mathews is a rookie out of Fresno State. Ryan was drafted by the Chargers as the 12th overall pick in the 2010-2011 draft. Ryan Mathews is 6-0 feet tall and  218 lbs. Ryan had a very impressive opening start. He had 9 carries for 50 yards and 2 receptions for 11 yards in the one half that he played in. I think that Ryan Mathews has the potential to be an outstanding player!

Cole Visits the Pro Football Hall of Fame

Get to Canton, Ohio! I recently went to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It was a blast! First, we read about the history of the game in the Century of Pro Football wing. We saw old helmets and new helmets. Players are a lot more protected today. I then learned about each of the teams' histories and I saw the AFC and NFC championship trophies. They are awesome! The Hall of Fame Gallery was amazing. I looked for all of my favorite players and coaches. The Pro Football Today Gallery was so cool. I got to see the jersey Matthew Stafford was wearing when he threw for a record five touchdowns in a game as a rookie. They had to cut it off of him after the game due to an injury, but he got the record and he showed his strength and determination!

The new Lamar Hunt Super Gallery is worth the trip! You have to visit the Super Bowl Theater (Super Bowl highlights on a huge screen). We looked at all of the Super Bowl rings (too bad the Lions don't have one yet). My family took a picture of me next to the Super Bowl Trophy. I crossed my fingers that someday the Lions will hold it up!

We ended our tour with the Interactive Exhibit Gallery. My favorite display was a game where you try to throw a football through the hole. I was 2 for 3. The final stop of course was the Hall of Fame store. I decided on a Hall of Fame football to remind me of the amazing time I had in Canton, Ohio.

Have you been to the Pro Football Hall of Fame? If yes, give a shout on your favorite display!
