Tough Loss for the 49ers!!

Hey NFL Fans!

The 49ers squared up with the Colts this weekend, and they lost 18-14. The only points that the Colts got were FIELD GOALS! I mean come on; they talk all week how they were going to stop the Peyton Manning's arm, well you did that but you forgot to stop the field goal game. So anyway the 49ers played a pretty good game overall, Frank Gore had a huge run and got some nice yards and Alex Smith did well for his first start in almost two years.

The game that I am most looking forward to this week is the Monday night game, which is Pittsburg versus Denver. This game futures two great teams in a battle. The Denver Broncos just came off of losing their first game of the season and the Pittsburgh Steelers just came off of a bye week.

My hot picks are Drew Brees at QB , who is having a great year, at RB Chris Johnson who rushed for 228 yards and two touchdowns, and for my last pick Roddy White at WR who caught 4 passes, 108 yards and a touchdown.

This week, the New England Patriots will be playing the Miami Dolphins. After going 10-6, the Dolphins beat the Patriots in week 3 of last year 38-13. But the Pats won in week 12 last year 48-28. In week 3 of last year, the Dolphins revealed the "wildcat" offense staring Ronnie Brown. This year, the Dolphins started rough just 1-4, but then played well against the Saints 2 weeks ago and beat the Jets, who beat the Pats already this year, 30-25. My prediction is that the Pats will win, exposing the fact that the Dolphins are starting a struggling rookie QB in Chad Henne.

Fantasy Hot Picks:

QB: Matt Hasselbeck, Seahawks, Matt has had some injury-shortened years recentley since his Super Bowl season in 2006, but he looks better than ever this year, and to pad his stats, he gets the Lions this week. The Lions just lost to the woeful St. Louis Rams this week, and the Lions have given up 18 passing touchdowns this year in just 7 games

RB: Ryan Grant, Packers, maybe an obvious pick these days, but ever since is breakout year in 2007, he hasn't had the same production. However this week, he gets the Buccaneers, and the last time Grant had a favorable matchup in week 7 @Cleveland, he ran for 148 yards and 1 touchdown. Maybe the creamsicle uniforms the Bucs will wear this week will give them a spark, but I just don't see it coming.

WR: Bryant Johnson, Lions, this is a deep, deep sleeper hear, but I say that the other Johnson in Detriot goes for at least 60-70 yards, and catches a touchdown this week. Look, Calvin Johnson is getting double and triple covered like theres no tomorrow, and that's leaving Bryant Johnson one-on-one a lot, and going up against the Seahawks this week, it could be a career game for Bryant this week.

Hello NFL Fanatics,

The Pittsburgh Steelers have a tough contest this week as they play the Denver Broncos. Kyle Orton has been having a pretty good season thus far, but I think that when they play the Steelers Kyle Orton may get a huge wake-up call. The Steelers defense will probably force two interceptions maybe even three and get to Kyle for a sack 4 or 5 times. I Think that he will have some success. Ben Roethlisberger didn't have a huge game last time the Steelers played, but I think he will this game.

I am looking for the Steelers to win with a score of 34-28.

My hot picks for this week are guys who I am sure will have a terrific game.

My first hot pick is Peyton Manning. The Colts play this week against the Houston Texans, where I know that Peyton Manning will have a big game and a win over Houston.

My second hot pick is Chris Johnson, running back for the Tennessee Titans. He has been putting up big numbers and I don't see him stopping.

My third hot pick is the Steelers Defense. Kyle

Orton is known for making mistakes just as well as making big plays so, don't be surprised to see Troy Polamalu get a pick or two.

This week my team, the Chargers are playing the NY Giants. I am really excited for this game. I think the Chargers will win and score will be 45-24. The Giants have a lot of injuries to the secondary, so I think Phillip Rivers will hook up a lot with Antonio Gates and Vincent Jackson for some serious yardage.

The Charger defense is beginning to come around, and putting some pressure on Eli could lead to some mistakes. This game means a lot to the Chargers They could find themselves on a nice winning streak going into the toughest part of the schedule and building a lot of confidence.

My hot picks for this week:

Quarterback: Tom Brady of the Patriots. He's been pretty good and think he will beat the Dolphins handily in New England on Sunday.

Wide Receiver: Will have to stick with Vincent Jackson of the Chargers. He's really stepping up and I think Phillip Rivers has a ton of confidence in him, therefore lots of yards.

Defense: Green Bay - They will not let Tampa Bay score a whole lot of points, if any.

Hey all of you NFL Rushers!

Last week I was wrong in picking the Broncos to get the win against the Ravens. The Steelers will add another loss to that list this week. The Steelers had an extra week getting ready for this game and that could give them a huge advantage. People say that coming from the East to the West Coast slows you down but that won't happen as the Steelers win a nail-biter, 30-24. Ben Roethlisberger should have a huge game throwing for 290+ yards and 3 touchdowns.

Here are my hot picks for Week 9:

-Dwayne Bowe, WR against the Jaguars- Bowe hasn't lived up to his top 10 receiver status at the beginning of the season. The Jags have allowed the second-most points to fantasy receivers, so get him as a starter.

-Joe Flacco, QB against the Bengals. The Ravens have already played the Bengals and that was the only game where Flacco has scored under 10 points. He should explode this week with a load of confidence from last week's key win against the Broncos.

-Ronnie Brown, RB against the Patriots. Last season in this match-up, the Wildcat exploded with Ronnie Brown. That could be the difference maker this week against a mediocre Patriots Defense.

This weekend the Patriots are playing the Dolphins at home. Last week the Pats had a bye but the Dolphins played the Jets and beat them 30-25 with the help from Ted Ginn. Ginn returned two kickoff returns for touchdown and that was key in the Dolphins win.

There's no way that the Patriots defense will be letting him do that this week. So far this season the Patriots have gone 5-2 and after this week they will most likely be 6-2. In the past six games the Patriots have beat the Dolphins four of the times. The Patriots will cream the Dolphins on Sunday and beat them 42-10.

Last week Brett Favre had a great game last week against his old team the Packers. He threw for four touchdowns and helped the Vikings to a 38-26 win. Jairus Byrd who is a safety for the Bills had 2 interceptions last weekend. He is now the second rookie to complete an interception in three consecutive games. Ryan Mouts of the Texans had a fantastic game last week with 3 touchdown in the Texans 31-10 win over the Bills.

My favorite team the Philadelphia Eagles will be playing against their long time rivals, the Dallas Cowboys this week. I think the Eagles will win, 24-14. The Eagles have great receivers like DeSean Jackson and Brent Celek. The Eagles also have great defense with Asante Samuel having a great season. I think the Eagles's defense will have some interceptions.

Hot Picks Week 9:

QB: Aaron Rodgers- He has great receivers like Greg Jennings and Donald Driver. They're also going against the weaker defensively Bucs.

RB: Maurice Jones-Drew- He can get a TD every game and a least 100 yards rushing. Beside that, the Chiefs don't have a great defense.

TE: Vernon Davis- He is Alex Smith's main target, with 7 TDs so far this season. He will probably catch a TD in this next game against the Titans.

It felt really cool knowing the Pats and the Bucs were playing in London because there was a real game in the UK. We didn't go to the game, even though it's only 20 miles from where I live. My dad didn't buy tickets becuse they were sold out in 6 minutes, that's 80,000 tickets in 6 minutes! So we watched the game on TV.

London was very excited about the game. I picked Tom Brady for my Wildcard that week because I thought New England would steam roll Tampa. He got me 26 points! It was all over the TV and news. Those who did get tickets came from all over Europe.

I really wish there were more games in London because I might get a ticket then! Anyway, there are going to be more international games from 2010.

Hey NFL fans, its Adrian again! Seahawks couldn't quite beat the Cowboys. If I say so myself they got burned with the score of 38-17. On the bright side, Matt Hasselbeck did GREAT! He was 22/39 with 249 yards. Julius Jones also did fantastic with 56 yards on 15 carries. How amazing?

For receiving Nate Burleson And Miles Austin did awesome. Nate had an outstanding 89 yards and Miles had 61 yards! By far the Seahawks did OK this game but I think they should've tried harder. If they did that I think they would've won. But like I ALWAYS say you win you lose thats part of the game.

My hot picks for Week 8 are Peyton, Chris Johnson, and Reggie Wayne. Peyton like always did GREAT with 347 yards! AMAZING!!! Chris did FANTASTIC with 228 rushing yards. And last but not least Reggie! Reggie Wayne did AWESOME with 147 receiving yards.

Now my prediction for the Seahawks game in Week 9 is that this will be an easy game versus the Lions. I bet the score will be around 42-10, for sure. Even though the Seahawks have a bad record they can still beat the Lions. One reason I think that is because the Lions have a bad record too. So this will be for sure an easy win. Where did the Broncos' luck go? The Broncos took their first loss Sunday while visiting the Baltimore Ravens. Was it jet lag that did them in?

The Ravens built a 6-0 lead at halftime and a 95-yard kickoff return by Lardarius Webb to open the second half put the Broncos in a 13-0 hole. Knowshon Moreno put 6 on the board for Denver, but it was all Purple and Black after that. The final score was 30-7 in favor of the Ravens.

Denver, 6-1 overall and 3-0 at home, returns to Mile High country on Monday Night Football this week as they face the Steelers. I think the Broncos will return to their winning ways as they trample the Black and Gold 24-14.

West Coast teams always have a tough time coming east. East coasters going west don't have as many problems. But, this prediction should make up for the Steelers beating the Chargers in that Sunday night game several weeks ago. Help me out Broncos!

Fantasy Hot picks for Week 9

The Eagles' rookie LeSean McCoy had a great game against the Giants. He was running over and around them for a touchdown in the 4th quarter of the Eagles' 40-17 win. McCoy rushed for 82 yards on 11 carries and added 10 yards on 2 catches. Look for McCoy to continue "flying high" this week as the Cowboys come to town.

The 49ers' Frank Gore just came off the injured list a week or two ago. He is already back in top form, splitting the Colts' defense for 91 yards on 13 carries and a 64 yard touchdown jaunt in the first quarter. Gore also had 5 catches for 43 yards in the 18-14 loss. With Gore running well, Alex Smith back under the center and Michael Crabtree running down passes, the Niners can certainly make some noise in the NFC West with Tennessee coming to town this week.

My super sleeper of the week is Vincent Jackson of the San Diego Chargers. Jackson has been up and down, but is hot right now. He had 8 catches for 103 yards on Sunday versus the Raiders, including an 8 yard strike from Philip Rivers. He will have to have another big game as the Chargers head to NYC to tangle with the Giants.

I got my prediction right this time, as the Ravens beat the Broncos. Well, that was a great game!

This week, I will look at the Ravens vs. Bengals game and then give you my hot picks. The last time these two teams met, Cincinnati won the game on their last drive. The drive was extended by several very preventable penalties against the Ravens; such as pass interference and helmet-to-helmet contact (remember when Ray Lewis almost took Chad Ochocinco's head off?).

In order to win this game, they have to play like they did against Denver. Giving up 100 yards like they did last time isn't an option, as the Bengals were able to use the run game as a way to continually move the ball and prevent Baltimore from getting the ball right back after a turnover or turnover on downs.

Let's get down to the fantasy hot picks.

QB: Aaron Rodgers! He had 26 completions for 287 yards and 3 touchdowns against a very tough Minnesota defense. They play the Buccaneers on Sunday.

RB: Chris Johnson! He had 228 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Titans are trying to dig themselves out of a 1-6 hole. If CJ keeps running like this, I think they will.

WR: Roddy White! He had 4 catches for 108 yards (an average of 27 yards per catch) and 1 touchdown. If he can do this against the Saints, then I bet he can do it against anyone.

The Denver Broncos schedule won't be a cakewalk for the next 9 Games of 2009. If you are a Broncos fan, I would definitely cross your fingers and hope Because the next 9 games are against the Steelers, Redskins,Chargers, New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts, Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs

The Broncos are in trouble, but with Kansas and Oakland in their division their final record should be around 10-6 or maybe 11-5 if they get lucky.

UNDEFEATED, DON'T THINK SO

Hey all you NFL Fans,

The Denver Broncos are 6-0 in Week 8 and I don't expect that to change this week against a struggling Ravens defense that had high expectations in the preseason. They won't go undefeated, but next week against the Steelers on Monday Night and Week 14 against the Colts should say who they really are. Kyle Orton has been playing well, and their defense has shown up and keeping up in games. Josh McDaniels has kept them not too confident, but squeaked by New England a couple weeks ago. The key match-up is how these teams respond after byes last week and see if the Broncos are living up to the hype.

Here are my hot picks for the half-way mark in the 2009-2010 season!!!!

QB-Drew Brees against the Falcons: It seems like Brees has been here every week this season. The Falcons secondary is weak, so he should have a huge game, getting the W and at least 3+ touchdowns.

WR- Andre Johnson against the Bills: The Bills are weak and the Texans have a good run/pass combo working for them lately. Matt Scaub's favorite target should catch at least 100 yards with 1 or more touchdowns in a closer game than you think.

D/ST- New Orleans against the Falcons: The Falcons have not been playing as well as experts thought and by the way the Saints defense has let them to a 6-0 start.

Rams, Hear the Lions Roar!

Earlier in the season, I predicted the Lions would win four games this season. This weekend's game vs. the Rams is going to make it win number 2!!! Matthew Stafford has been practicing this week and hopefully he's playing. I hope he connects with Bryant Johnson a lot. Calvin Johnson will be missed. The defense needs to keep the Rams Steven Jackson from running. I think the Lions are going to win 23-10. Can you hear the roar?

Let's look ahead to this week. If I put together a fantasy team, I would mix it up a bit. I would pick Drew Brees of the Saints for going 6-0. I would pick Troy Polamalu of the Steelers for his game against the Vikings and Adrian Peterson last week. I would also pick Big Ben for leading his team on the win over Vikings and it was the best game of week seven!

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?!

Hey NFL fans!,

I am back and writing, but due to the Steelers having a bye week i will discuss the Saints (my second favorite team). The Saints are undefeated with one of the best quarterbacks in the league. I believe the Saints will not be undefeated but will have a 15-1 record because of their tough offense. The Saints are a great team don't get me wrong, but will not be undefeated. I think they will go to the Super Bowl and depending on who they face the might win.

My first hot pick for this week is Drew Brees as your starting QB. He is playing against the poor Falcons pass defense and I think he will do great. Also, I think that Larry Fitzgerald will start to have a great season when he plays the Carolina Panthers who have been playing horrible lately. I believe Ronnie Brown will have a fantastic game running the Wildcat against the Jets defense. Although their defense was good earlier in the year I think they will not be able to stop the Wildcat from scoring a touchdown and putting up some big yards.

Return to the Frozen Tundra....

I am excited about Brett Favre's trip back to Lambeau. I think Brett will get cheered by the Green Bay Packer's fans. I think it will be hard considering he plays in a dome now and it is supposed to be 31 degrees Fahrenheit. I think the Vikings will beat the Packers 37-30. I think Favre will pass for 200+ yards and 2+ touchdowns. I do think it will be weird for Brett Favre to be in the visitors locker room!

My Fantasy Hot Picks Are..........

RB Maurice-Jones Drew

Maurice-Jones is playing a team with a terrible defense. He is a great runner and now that Fred Taylor is gone he will get the ball more. Maurice will have a great game. I predict he will have 160+ yards and 1+ touchdown.

TE Dallas Clark

Dallas has a great quarterback. He is playing a okay team. He can catch almost anything. Dallas will have a great game. I predict he will have 100+ yards and 1+ touchdowns.

Wildcard Peyton Manning

Peyton has great receivers. The team he is playing is not so good. Peyton can throw for a lot of yards on anyone. He will do really well. I predict Peyton will have 200+ yards and 3+ touchdowns.

SUPER Saints to Super Bowl?!

I think that Drew Brees will be able to carry the Saints to the Super Bowl. So far they have had a great season and they are one of the few teams with an undefeated record. In the begining of the season

I predicted that they would make it to the Super Bowl and my predictions are looking right. Drew Brees started out this season with a bang and in his first game they won 45-27 and Brees threw for 6 touchdowns. In four out of the six games the Saints have played they have scored over 40 points and Brees has been able to help that out by passing for 14 touchdowns. Marques Colston had had a good season with 5 receiving touchdowns and 30 receptions.

The Saints running game isn't doing as well as they have in past years but there passing more than makes up for it. Also the Saints defence is doing great by keeping every team under 30 points except for the Dolphins 34 point game. The Saints are also first in points per game and yards per game.

Brett Favre had a good game last week against the Steelers with 334 yards but no touchdown. Brett Favre has had a great season and will be able to keep it up throughout the season and possible take the Vikings to the Superbowl. Cedric Benson of the Bengals rushed for 189 yards last weekend and got 1 touchdown in the Bengals 45-10 win against the Bears. Although the 49ers lost Vernon Davis caught 7 passes and 3 of them for touchdowns. Davis had a great game but thats just one game he's not what you would call a star player.

EAGLES WILL TRUMP GIANTS

My favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles are going against the New York Giants this week at home. It is hard to say who will win this game. Both teams have great QBs and big play wide receivers. I think the Eagles will win 24-21 because of their big play wide receiver, DeSean Jackson. The reason I think this is because the Giants have lost their best defensive back, Kenny Phillips.

Hot Picks Week 8:

QB: Philip Rivers- The Raiders allowed 38 point last week to the Jets and Mark Sanchez. Just think what the more experienced Philip Rivers could do.

RB: Maurice Jones-Drew- The Titans have one of the worst defenses in the league. I think that Maurice Jones-Drew will have a great game, with over 100 yards rushing and 2 TDs.

TE: Owen Daniels- Owen Daniels has great hands and should become a reliable target for Matt Schaub this week against the 49ers.

BRONCOS DREAM SEASON!

For the Broncos, this year has been dream season so far.  It has

certainly been a suprise that the Broncos have been this good so

far.  After the fighting with Brandon Marshall and new first time coach Josh McDaniels, and trading away former first round draft pick Jay Cutler, thoughts were that this year was going to be a rebuilding year. However, guys have come through this year, Marshall got over the fighting, young guys like Knowshean Moreno and Elvis Dumerville have stepped up, and Kyle Orton has become a potential MVP candidate. 

 

The reason Kyle Orton has had such a turnaround, is because of that spread it out, shut-gun type offense that McDaniels brought to Denver, the same offense the New England Patriots used to put up record numbers on

offense in 2007.

My Fantasy Hot Picks for the week:

 

QB: Matt Schaub, Matt has put up pro bowl type numbers,

already throwing for over 300 yards in 4 games this year, and this

week, he goes up against the struggling Buffalo Bills secondary.

 

RB: Kevin Smith, maybe not well-known, but Kevin Smith is the

runningback for the Detroit Lions, the same Lions that go up against

the 32nd ranked defense in the NFL, the St, Louis Rams, and the same Lions that are going to either start a back-up quarterback, Daunte Cullpepper or Drew Stanton, or a recently injured rookie quarterback in Matthew Stafford.

 

WR: Mike Sims-Walker, the starting wide reciever for the Jacksonville Jaguars, is going up against the same defense that allowed 59 points and 6 touchdown passes against the Patriots just 2 weeks ago

RAVENS BUST OUT IN BALTIMORE!

How's it going, everyone? Its KC here (again) with the Ravens vs. Broncos pick and some fantasy selections for Week 8. Now the Ravens are coming off a bye week, so they have had some extra time to prepare for the Broncos offense. However, the Denver offense is no easy thing to prepare for, as the Broncos are undefeated.

To win, the Ravens have to play the whole game like they played the final quarter against the Vikings. If they can do that, then I think they can win. If not, well . . . let's just say it might not be pretty. The Ravens defense (since when is the Baltimore defense a question?) has to step it up, as they haven't looked sharp in the past two games. Ravens knock off the undefeated Broncos 17-14.

Now for my fantasu hot picks:

QB: Tony Romo! He had 311 yards and 3 touchdowns. I think he's found his new favorite target in Miles Austin.

RB: Ryan Grant! He ran for 148 yards and 1 touchdown. He seemed to fall off the map since last year, but I think he's back.

WR/TE: Miles Austin! He had 6 catches for 171 and 2 touchdowns. I'm finally thinking that this guy's for real.

My Saints, There is No Stopping Them!

The New Orleans Saints did very well coming back against the Miami Dolphins. Miami put up a strong fight but they just couldn't keep up in the second half. I was very impressed with Darren Sharper, Jonathon Vilma, and the entire Saints defense. The Saints were down 24-3 and came back and finished the game with a 46-34 WIN.

Drew Brees did outstanding also. He had two rushing TDs. Drew Brees is not what you call a scrambling quarterback either. My Saints are going to the Super Bowl and there is no stopping them.

Joshua's Punt, Pass & Kick Highlights

PPK is the best football trainer out there. It teaches you about sportsmanship and concentration. My cousin, Frankie, is the person that has helped me learn how to Punt, Pass and Kick. My little cousin, Breanna, has also competed and will attend Team Championships to compete with me on December 6th. Through this program, I got to compete at the National Level in North Carolina last year. I also got to be the Honorary Coin Toss Captain at the Brown's preseason game this Fall.

Steelers Can't Stop the Undefeated!

My prediction on the score: Vikings 37 and Steelers 28.The game I can't wait to see this week is the Vikings vs. the Steelers. Big Ben and Fabulous Favre will go head to head! What a match up! Troy Polamalu is back and will try to stop Adrian Peterson on the run and Favre on the pass. Will it be enough? I think it's going to be one of the best games of the season so far.

Let's look ahead to this week. If I put together a fantasy team, I would choose from the Pats again. What a blow-out in the snow! I would pick Randy Moss again as my wide receiver because of his great touchdown plays. I would choose Tom Brady as my QB because as I wrote last week he's got his groove back and he scored a ton of points! Laurence Maroney would be my pick for running back for making a 45 yard TD run to get that game started!

Patriots Will Win 62-3 in London!

Week 6 was exciting. I love how Tom Brady played. He was amazing. I think New England can crush Tampa Bay as well. I would rate the Patriots 10/10 and 5/5 stars. Playing in London, I predict the Patriots will win 62-3 and Brady will have 6 more touchdowns. Another surprising thing is Denver being 6 and 0.

My Fantasy Hot Picks Are.......

QB Tom Brady - Tom tore up another defeated team and he is facing a worse one this week. He will pass for 350+ yards and 4+ touchdowns.

WR Randy Moss - Randy did EXCELLENT against another terrible team and he will face another bad team this week. He has an excellent quarterback to get passes from. Moss will have 190+ yards and 2+ touchdowns.

Defense New Orleans Saints - New Orleans has a good defense against a not so good team. Darren Sharper torches every Quarterback in the NFL when you face him. I predict the Saints will have 3+ sacks and 1+ interception.

Steel City Showdown!!

The game that I'm most looking forward to this week would be the Steelers, Vikings game. The Vikings are undefeated and the Steelers are just 4-2. Although the Vikings have a better record than the Steeleres, Ben Roethlisberger is in the top five for all passing categories and Hines Ward leads the NFL in receiving yards. The Steelers are looking good but Vikings are looking great. Brett Favre and the Vikings won last week's game by a lucky missed field goal from Ravens kicker Steve Hauschka so I can't say that they deserved to win. I think that the Vikings will be able to come away with the win 27-24 and Adrian Peterson will have a great game rushing for over 100 yards.

 

Last week Top Brady had an outstanding game with 6 touchdowns and almost 400 yards. He led the Patriots to a 59-0 win. Some people thought that Brady wouldn't be able to make a come back, but it looks like hes back. Tom Brady had to throw to somebody and that person is Randy Moss. Moss had a good game with 3 touchdowns and 129 receiving yards. Maurice Jones-Drew also had a great game against the Rams with 3 touchdowns and over 100 rushing yards. Jones-Drew has had a great season so far and will be able to keep it up in up coming weeks.

Can You Feel The Brees?!

I think one of the most exciting games to watch this week is going to be the New Orleans Saints against the Miami Dolphins. The New Orleans Saints of course are undefeated, and have a great passing game. The Miami Dolphins have a great wildcat offense with runningbacks Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams. I think the Saints will win though, 24-14. The stand out player I think will be Drew Brees. Brees proved in last week's game that he can do well against good opponets, throwing for a few TDs.

Week 7 Fantasy Picks

QB: Drew Brees- Brees can throw touchdowns no matter who he is playing against. He also has great receivers like Marques Colston and Jeremy Shockey.

WR: Wes Welker- Up against the weaker Buccaneers, he should have plenty of receptions. He also has Tom Brady who is a great QB.

D/ST: Philadelphia Eagles- Despite having a loss last week, they still had 2 interceptions. They also have DeSean Jackson as a dangerous returner.

Vikings Will Win One In STEELER COUNTRY!

Hey, everyone! It's KC here with your Steelers vs. Vikings predictions and your Week 7 Hot Picks. Now, there will be a big fight at Heinz Field between the defending Super Bowl champs and a team looking to start 7-0 for the first time since 2000. That's right! It's Steelers vs. Vikings at 1:00 on Sunday. Troy Polamalu is back and the Steelers seem to be ready to play like they played last year. They face a tough test in the form of the Minnesota Vikings, who are 6-0. Adrian Peterson will have to have to have a good game. So will Brett Favre, as he will face a tough Pittsburgh pass rush. Rashard Mendenhall has stepped up to be the starting running back for the Steelers. He will face a tough Viking team that is ranked number nine in rushing defense. The Steelers are ranked number two in passing, so the Minnesota secondary has to hold strong. I think that the Vikings will win 24-21.

Now for my Hot Picks:

QB: Tom Brady! He threw for 380 yards and 6 (yes, 6) touchdowns. He will face the Buccaneers in Week 7 looking to pick up right where he left off against the Titans.

RB: DeAngelo Williams! He ran for 152 yards and 2 touchdowns despite the fact that his counterpart (Jonathan Stewart) ran for over 100 yards as well.

WR/TE: Wes Welker! He had 10 catches for 150 yards and 2 touchdowns. He doesn't seem to have any issues with that injury that plagued him earlier in the season.

P.S. Just an update on my football team: We still haven't allowed a point and we've played 7 games. Our coach wants us to go all year without allowing a score. I hope we can do it . . . or else we're going to be running a lot!

Can the Vikings Go 7-0?!

To start off with a game prediction for this week, I am going to pick Minnesota over Pittsburgh, winning it 27-24. I think this because Minnesota is 6-0 and they have a high powered offense including Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson.

My fantasy hot picks for last week were, for WR, Randy Moss. He caught 8 passes, 129 yards receiving and grabbed 3 touchdowns (one of them being a flea-flicker from Tom Brady). At RB Adrian Peterson who rushed for 143 yards out of 22 attempts and for my last pick, at QB Ben Rothlisberger, who threw for 417 yards and 2 touchdowns.
