Luke's Determination Paid Off With PP&K

Luke's Determination Paid Off With PP&K

I have been in Punt, Pass & Kick for three years. My first year was when I was 11 years old. I did not make it out of my local round the first year. My second year, I advanced to second in the nation in my age group. The NFL treated my parents and me great. I want other kids to know they should not give up if they don't do well. The next year could be totally different.

For me, the hardest thing out of the Punt, Pass & Kick was kicking, but now I have worked all year on kicking since the high school coach put me in as a freshman on the varsity team as a kicker. I did well, and I was able to get a varsity letter in football. I think PPK gave me confidence and determination to improve in kicking.

I have enjoyed many experiences with PPK, but the best part is advancing to state and nationals to be able to be in a professional football stadium.

Luke, that's great. PPk is great! You know, personally i would have trouble punting! My corrdination is not the best, you know. It's also great to hear that you didn't quit when you did bad, either! I think most kids would probably get too frustrated and just give up. But you didn't. That's great!
