On Monday, about 50 Special Olympics Minnesota Athletes joined Adrian Peterson, Vikings Head Coach Brad Childress and many other Viking players on the Vikings practice field for a Punt, Pass and Kick Clinic. After watching the morning workout, the Special Olympics athletes met the Vikings players for a chance to talk with some of the superstars. They then took the field and got some pointers on their Punt, Pass and Kick techniques. Adrian Peterson made sure to have a moment with each athlete to share some of his football expertise and to commend them on their dedication to sports. The Special Olympics Minnesota celebrates 35 years of champions in 2008 and the Vikings are proud to continue their ongoing relationship with them.
