COLTS VS. PATRIOTS RUNDOWN

COLTS VS. PATRIOTS RUNDOWN

Peyton Manning
Peyton Manning will lead his Colts to face the Patriots in a battle of the unbeaten.
Colts Vs. Patriots
INDIANAPOLIS (7-0) vs. NEW ENGLAND (8-0)
A rematch of last year's AFC Championship game, this highly anticipated game is a must see. Tom Brady will lead the Patriots into Indianapolis to face the defending Super Bowl XLI Champion Colts, who have won their last 3 games against the Patriots. The Patriots want to avenge their loss to the Colts in last year's playoffs and are poised to do it with their revamped team. Their new stars have greatly impacted this team and lifted them to the top of the league in record-setting fashion.
THE COLTS

Peyton Manning: A tested leader and incredibly intelligent QB, Manning will be the one to get the offense going.

Big Reception: Reggie Wayne has been spectacular recently and Marvin Harrison is hoping to get back into the mix.

Run, Colts, Run: Joseph Addai has become a big part of the Colts offense and their running game. He has already matched his total of last season with 7 TDs.

THE PATRIOTS

Tom Brady: Brady has been unstoppable with 30 TD passes already this season.

The Big Three: Randy Moss, Wes Welker and Donte Stallworth have been major reasons for Brady's success pulling in 20 TDs between the 3 of them. No defense, thus far, has had any success in covering these studs.

Ground Game: Lawrence Maroney is averaging close to 5 yards per carry. Look for the Patriots to move the ball on the ground if the passing game falters.

DEFENSE?

In-"D"-anapolis: Ranked 2nd in the NFL in points allowed - only allowing 14.6 points a game - and 4th in total yards allowed. Anchored by tenacious safety Bob Sanders and unrelenting DE Dwight Freeney, this defense will not give up anything easy to the Patriots.

Patriot Power: Led by veteran LBs, Junior Seau and Tedy Bruschi, this defensive unit is tough. They are ranked 3rd in total yards allowed, recording 22 sacks and 11 interceptions so far. In the secondary, CB Asante Samuel is one of the NFL's best defensive backs, already recording 4 interceptions this season.

Tune in Sunday on CBS at 4pm EST, as these 2 undefeated teams go head to head.
