Houston Texans - Cookies N Rookies Event Cookies N Rookies was an exclusive event for the Houston Texan's Toro’s Kids Club members. Toro is the Texan's mascot. Kids pay $25 to join his club and as members, they receive Texans merchandise, discounts in the store and the opportunity to participate in Kids Club only events.
