Titans Play 60 Fitness Challenge![]() The Tennessee Titans continued to focus on their “PLAY 60” effort to encourage kids to get 60 minutes of activity per day in order to fight childhood obesity. On Sunday, May 31, they teamed up with the Nashville Zoo to host a day of “wild” fitness and activities for the entire family in the Zoo’s Festival Field. The “PLAY 60” Day included low impact activities, inflatable games and football drills for children ages 3-14 as part of the Titans “PLAY 60” efforts to promote physical fitness and sixty minutes of active play per day.
